Gantry Strapping Machine

Designed specifically for industries such as building materials, automotive and photovoltaic, the gantry strapping machine achieves full-process automated strapping.

The equipment operates precisely and efficiently: goods are conveyed to the gantry area for accurate positioning, the head automatically threads the strap, descends to fit the goods tightly, and then performs tensioning, cutting, welding and cooling solidification in one seamless operation to complete firm strapping. After strapping, the goods flow automatically for cyclic operation, significantly improving packaging efficiency and transportation safety, helping enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Advantages

1.The machine head adopts top pressing, transverse movement and rotation design; adapting to the vertical strapping needs in two directions.
2.Equipped with a modular machine head, enabling easy tensioning, simple operation and convenient maintenance.
3.In case of strap threading failure, it automatically changes speed and can repeat strap feeding 3 times to improve success rate.
4.High-speed strap feeding up to 5m/s; the feeding speed can be adjusted according to strap performance.
5.Adopts high-speed friction welding of nearly 20,000 revolutions, ensuring firm welding with a welding time of 0.8-1.3s.
6.Strapping speed: about 20 seconds per strap (20s/strap).
7.Recyclable pure mechanical strap reel cart, which automatically collects residual strapping straps with low failure rate.
