Rotary Strapping Machine

The rotary strapping machine innovatively integrates top pressing, transverse movement and rotation functions, enabling a single machine to complete automated strapping of goods in two vertical directions.

Its workflow is precise and efficient: after the goods are positioned, the head automatically threads the strap, tensions and welds it, then intelligently rotates 90° to seamlessly switch to the other side for continuous strapping. Dual-station strapping is completed in one go, effectively improving packaging efficiency and structural stability.

It is suitable for multi-specification and high-demand strapping scenarios, helping enterprises achieve intensive production. (It effectively enhances packaging efficiency, featuring a stable and compact structure as well as high strapping efficiency, applicable to multi-specification and high-demand strapping scenarios to support enterprises in intensive production.)

7.Recyclable pure mechanical strap reel cart, which automatically collects residual strapping straps with low failure rate.
